The location was superb, just a few blocks from the central train station, making it convenient for exploring Munich. However, the lack of basic kitchen items like a dish drying rack was a downside. The pillows were also inconsistent. one was flat and uncomfortable while the other was fluffy. While cleanliness was top-notch, I wish there had been a few more items on the breakfast menu. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were generally friendly, but some minor inconveniences could be improved for a better stay experience.

Elevators stopping automatically at the ground floor is annoying, especially with separate access cards for the room and laundry. Moreover, not all washing machines were functional, which is disappointing compared to other locations.
