The apartment had an appealing sound isolation. No noise from the main road despite our room's location. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing for easy meal prep. I appreciated the availability of free coffee and tea in the lobby at all hours. it made mornings much easier. The location was superb, just a few blocks from the central train station, making it convenient for exploring Munich. However, the lack of basic kitchen items like a dish drying rack was a downside. The pillows were also inconsistent. one was flat and uncomfortable while the other was fluffy. While cleanliness was top-notch, I wish there had been a few more items on the breakfast menu. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were generally friendly, but some minor inconveniences could be improved for a better stay experience.

excellent central area for walking to parks and attractions
I stayed here recently and was immediately impressed by the friendly nature of the staff. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk to town, which made exploring so easy! With a well-equipped kitchenette, I could prepare meals after a long day of sightseeing, making my stay even better.

Location stands out with great access to public transportation, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The kitchenette is well-equipped, perfect for prepping meals after a long day.
The doors of the apartment and bathroom didn't close properly, creating a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, the air conditioning rattled at night, and flickering light bulbs added to the distraction. The potential 750 euro fine for triggering the fire alarm makes you think twice about using simple appliances like a kettle, and you have to ensure the bathroom door stays closed while showering to avoid steam setting off the alarm. Elevators stopping automatically at the ground floor is annoying, especially with separate access cards for the room and laundry. Moreover, not all washing machines were functional, which is disappointing compared to other locations.

Had a great time with friends here! The location is perfect for walking to attractions and we loved visiting Hellabrunn Zoo. Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast area had tasty coffee options that made our mornings even better. The kitchenette was well-equipped for our needs during the stay and the overall vibe was really nice.
However, one day we faced issues when a room blackout occurred and the follow-up room had some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing.

Couple's Practical Retreat
The room was a clean and handy studio-apartment, perfect for us. Enjoyed the quietness and the AC was a real lifesaver during our stay! Plus, the breakfast was good and worth the price.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

A must for solo travelers!
The location is prime! I found it super easy to grab a train right from the airport to the main station, just €11.60. Not to mention, the check-in was fast, and I got a room facing the beautiful garden which was a nice retreat after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what I got, I'd say it was fair.
